Jiraiya's heart was battered by a tremendous wave, and he struggled to recover from the shock.

He had originally returned to Konoha with only a trace of curiosity and concern, wanting to see Naruto, the child of his student Minato Namikaze. But the mysterious ability Naruto had displayed was completely beyond anything he had expected.

"What... what kind of power is this?" Jiraiya wondered to himself, his eyes flickering with curiosity and astonishment.

While Jiraiya was still immersed in his shock, Naruto had already put his hands behind his head and strolled away.

His steps were carefree, as though everything that had just happened had been nothing more than a minor episode.

Before long, Jiraiya came back to his senses and hurried over to Naruto. "I heard there's a Chunin Ninja Exam in a month. How about This Sage gives you some special training?"

Naruto was slightly taken aback. What a clumsy way to strike up a conversation. This guy must know me, he thought.

Although Naruto didn't know Jiraiya's intentions, he didn't sense any malice from him.

If a powerful ninja like this could teach him, then it was undoubtedly a rare opportunity.

Besides, Naruto was quite curious about the title "Sage" Jiraiya had used.

Judging by the aura around Jiraiya, it wasn't a title he'd given himself out of vanity.

So Naruto readily replied, "Sure!"

Jiraiya was taken aback, too. He hadn't expected this seemingly cocky kid to agree so easily.

But he quickly recovered, the corner of his mouth curling into a smile as he mused, This kid seems pretty interesting!

And so, the two hit it off and decided to begin their special training.

Jiraiya took Naruto to Konoha's training ground. It was broad and quiet, with only the occasional birdcall and the rustle of leaves in the wind.

Sunlight filtered through the sparse clouds and fell upon this land, filled with sweat and dreams.

"Naruto, I'd like to get a sense of your current strength first," Jiraiya said seriously, his eyes shining with anticipation. "Attack me with your strongest power."

Naruto was slightly surprised by how directly Jiraiya had asked him to show his strength. But excitement soon welled up inside him. If you put it that way, I'm getting fired up!

Naruto took a deep breath and decided to try the strongest finishing move he'd had before his rebirth—the Imaginary Technique, Purple.

He closed his eyes and focused completely on the Chakra surging within him. Then he snapped them open, determination shining in his gaze.

First, he used the Forward Spell, Azure. Blue energy began gathering in the palm of his hand, swirling like a vortex and giving off a faint glow. Jiraiya watched the power coalescing in Naruto's hand and couldn't help exclaiming in amazement. He could feel the tremendous pressure contained within that energy.

But that was only the beginning. Naruto immediately followed by activating the Reverse Spell, Crimson. Red energy gathered in his other palm, forming a vivid contrast with the blue. Under Naruto's control, the two energies began slowly drawing closer, like two torrents on the verge of merging.

Jiraiya's expression turned grave. He could sense the destructive power contained in those two energies.

Especially when Naruto began trying to overlap the Forward Spell, Azure, with the Reverse Spell, Crimson, Jiraiya was overwhelmed by a powerful sense of danger.

He panicked, because he could clearly feel that if these two powers combined, they would unleash a terrifying force capable of destroying Konoha.

"Enough, Naruto!" Jiraiya immediately shouted, his voice trembling slightly. The impending power had clearly shaken him.

Just then, Naruto also stopped trying to overlap them because he was running out of Chakra. The Forward Spell, Azure, and the Reverse Spell, Crimson, dissipated in the air, fading into two wisps of light. Naruto sighed inwardly, frustrated. Is my Chakra still not enough? Looks like I'll have to hurry up and draw on the Power of the Nine-Tails.

Jiraiya stared at Naruto, speechless with shock.

He couldn't begin to imagine how Konoha had trained Naruto to make him this powerful.

The power Naruto had displayed had far exceeded Jiraiya's expectations—even making him feel a trace of threat.

"This... how is this possible?" Jiraiya murmured. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. But the facts were right before him, leaving no room for doubt.

For a moment, Jiraiya had no idea what he should teach Naruto.

Naruto was already so powerful that it seemed the only things Jiraiya could offer were Senjutsu and a few remaining symbolic ninjutsu.

However, there were two ninjutsu he absolutely had to teach Naruto. The first was the Rasengan.

The Rasengan was an original ninjutsu created by the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze. It embodied Minato's dedication and ingenuity.
