Tang Miao took command of Magic Capital’s coastal defenses as the sea began to rise and learned from Baxia that organized Sea Monster forces were approaching. Baxia stopped a massive wave from striking the seawall, while the coming assault remained imminent.

• Old General Ma froze the rising waves, but Sea Monsters burst through the ice and flooded onto the surface.
• Old General Ma and Baxia killed hundreds of Sea Monsters, while more gathered and resumed their charge after a strange sound rose from beneath the sea.
• Baxia plunged into the opening to confront the hidden Monarch Level creature as Old General Ma tried to freeze the water again.
