Tang Miao slaughtered the Sea Monsters attacking Xiamen, while Mo Fan and the defenders watched in amazement. He realized his lightning had left no nourishment for his dark army, then caught and killed the fleeing Coral Back-Finned Demon Monarch.

• Tang Miao teleported across the strait and froze the water before striking the Sea Monsters with lightning, killing thousands at a time.
• Mo Fan and Lin Du watched Tang Miao’s attacks and hoped his arrival meant Xiamen would be saved.
• Tang Miao continued killing Sea Monsters across the sea, but realized his lightning had left no corpses to nourish the Shadow Fiend Lord.
• Tang Miao sensed a Monarch trying to flee, pulled the Coral Back-Finned Demon Monarch from the sea, and killed it with the Shadow Fiend Lord’s blade.

Tang Miao used the Shadow Fiend Lord’s power and a Dark Domain to eliminate huge numbers of Sea Monsters at multiple landing sites. After absorbing the first wave, he left the stunned defenders behind and continued toward another attack site.

• At the Qinling military outpost, Zhang Xiaohou identified the Coral Dorsal-Fin Demon Lord and assured his soldiers that Tang Miao would not attack Xiamen.
• Mo Fan and Lin Du watched Tang Miao’s Dark Domain sweep up and erase nearly ten thousand Sea Monsters, then discussed the mysterious dark summoning.
• Tang Miao disappeared before the onlookers could recover and went to another Sea Monster landing site outside the city.
• Tang Miao used a whirlwind and Space Magic to lift the Sea Monsters, then killed them with one strike inside the Dark Domain and absorbed their Spirit Essences and Remnant Souls with the Kirin Jade.
• After the Dark Domain digested the Sea Monsters, Tang Miao dispersed it and headed toward another direction.

After driving the Sea Monsters from Xiamen, Tang Miao recovered in Moon Snow New City and built his Shadow Fiend Army to more than five thousand. When Mo Fan told him that the Da Li Family had set up Xu Zhaoting, Tang Miao immediately went to confront them.

• Tang Miao killed more Sea Monsters, gathered an army of over five thousand Shadow Fiends, and left the remaining stragglers to Zhang Xiaohou and the others.
• Tang Miao returned to Moon Snow New City with Baxia and spent three days recovering his stamina and magic energy.
• Mo Fan urged Xu Zhaoting to report how the Da Li Family had wronged him, but Xu Zhaoting said they should avoid provoking the family while the city was being developed.
• Tang Miao overheard Mo Fan and Xu Zhaoting, said he would teach the person who set Xu Zhaoting up a lesson, and vanished before Mo Fan could join him.

Tang Miao stormed the Da Li Family estate and demanded that the family choose between submitting and dying. After he summoned shadow soldiers and revealed the Shadow Fiend Lord’s Great Monarch aura, Li Kuang and the others backed down in fear.

• Tang Miao struck Li Kai with lightning and entered the Da Li Family estate, incapacitating the retainers who tried to stop him.
• Li Kuang came out and recognized Tang Miao, who declared that he had come to give the family a chance to live or choose death.
• Li Dong warned Li Kuang that Tang Miao was capable of destroying the family and pleaded with Tang Miao to explain his actions.
• Tang Miao rejected Li Dong’s appeal and challenged Li Kuang after he protested the family’s treatment.
• Tang Miao covered the estate in darkness, summoned black shadow soldiers, and revealed the Shadow Fiend Lord beneath him.
• Li Dong begged Tang Miao to spare the family for Tang Yue’s sake, and Li Kuang fell silent in fear.

Tang Miao warned the Da Li Family against plotting against Moon Snow New City, then returned home after Mu Xumian asked about Mu Bai. There, he met the newly arrived Li Ru sisters and urged them to stay in the safer city.

• Tang Miao spared the Da Li Family but warned Li Kuang that he would kill them if they tried more underhanded schemes against Moon Snow New City.
• Li Kuang tried to stop Tang Miao, but Li Dong urged him to let Tang Miao go, and Mu Xumian arrived and spoke with Tang Miao about Mu Bai.
• Tang Miao dispelled his Dark Domain, left the Da Li Family, and returned to Moon Snow New City.
• Tang Miao met Li Ru and her sister Liu Xian, who had arrived with Apas, and Li Ru explained that her sister had hesitated to come.
• Tang Miao urged the sisters to stay in Moon Snow New City, saying the Magic Capital would eventually face a Sea Monster attack and the city had strong defenses.

Tang Miao settled Liu Ru and Liu Xian into the villa district, then indulged in their attention while Liu Ru drank his blood. At Yu Shishi’s house, Apas explained that Tang Miao’s true power was far greater than she had realized.

• Mu Ningxue knew Tang Miao had arranged a place for Liu Ru and Liu Xian and chose not to interfere.
• Liu Ru sat on Tang Miao’s lap, drank his blood, and Tang Miao called Liu Xian to join them.
• Apas visited Yu Shishi and said Tang Miao would not bother them after encountering the twin vampire sisters.
• Yu Shishi asked Apas about a powerful force sensed near Xiamen, and Apas said Tang Miao’s true power could likely defeat even her queen mother.

Tang Miao returned to Moon Snow New City and found the Liu sisters had grown stronger through training, while Mu Ningxue asked for help defending Fei Niao City's coastline from increasingly frequent Sea Monster attacks. Tang Miao refused to station Baxia or the injured Dark Serpent there, but proposed that the Da Li Family and other clans join them in providing defenders.

Tang Miao traveled to Osaka with Mu Bai and Shao Yu after Mochizuki Chihiro claimed to have a clue about a Huaxia Totem Beast. At the Twin Guardian Pavilion, he met Mochizuki Chihiro and Cao Qinqin, who began explaining what they knew.

• Tang Miao agreed to give up the coastal resources if Fei Niao City officials could not resolve the dispute, then spent the night with Mu Ningxue.
• Mochizuki Chihiro called Tang Miao, revealed she had a clue about a Huaxia Totem Beast in Japan, and hung up before he could ask for details.
• Tang Miao found Mo Fan and Zhao Manyan had left for the Parthenon, so he recruited Mu Bai and Shao Yu for the trip to Osaka.
• Tang Miao, Mu Bai, and Shao Yu arrived in Osaka and went to the Twin Guardian Pavilion, where Mochizuki Chihiro and Cao Qinqin were waiting in kimonos.

Tang Miao learned that Su Lu’s subordinates had found an ancient Huaxia Totem Beast in the Volcanic Islands and planned to join the search. After spending the night with Mochizuki Chihiro, he left for the expedition exhausted while she appeared refreshed.

• Mochizuki Chihiro told Tang Miao that Su Lu’s subordinates had sought the Military Commander’s help to hunt a Demon Beast in the Volcanic Islands that was rumored to be an ancient Huaxia totem.
• Tang Miao asked whether Su Lu had come to Japan, but Mochizuki Chihiro did not know.
• Shao Yu criticized Tang Miao and Mochizuki Chihiro during dinner, while Mu Bai tried to stay out of their argument.
• Tang Miao followed Mochizuki Chihiro away from dinner and spent the night with her.

Tang Miao traveled with Mochizuki Chihiro and General Takagi’s troops toward the Volcanic Islands, where the group encountered a flock of Three-Eyed Seagull Demons. After Takagi’s forces attacked them, a powerful Four-Eyed Seagull appeared, and Takagi mounted his Monarch Level Sky Ridge Beast to confront it.

• Mochizuki Chihiro gave Tang Miao a black robe, and they joined General Takagi’s fifty Advanced Mages for the journey to the Volcanic Islands.
• Takagi led the group across the sea on a Commander Level Four-Clawed Demon Eagle and boasted that his Sky Ridge Beast could defeat any Feather Demons they encountered.
• Several thousand Three-Eyed Seagull Demons attacked the group, and Takagi ordered his Lightning Mages to strike them down.
• Tang Miao suspected a powerful creature was behind the flock, and a Four-Eyed Seagull appeared as Takagi summoned his Monarch Level Sky Ridge Beast and charged toward it.

Tang Miao and Mochizuki Chihiro traveled with General Takagi’s force to the Volcanic Islands, where Su Lu gathered Mages for an operation to subdue a Totem Beast. The group learned that the islands held a vast Demon Beast empire, leaving Takagi’s Mages facing a far larger threat than Su Lu had described.

• Tang Miao dismissed the need to join the battle as General Takagi’s troops defeated the Feather Demons, while Mochizuki Chihiro teased him about his jealousy and he promised to deal with Takagi later.
• General Takagi returned to Mochizuki Chihiro and offered to take her on future outings, unaware of the chill in her reply.
• After flying for a day and a night, Tang Miao and the others reached the Volcanic Islands and saw a force of around forty or fifty Mages, including more than twenty Super Level Mages.
• General Takagi met Su Lu, who promised him future advancement if the mission succeeded and assigned him the Advanced Mages to fight the Feather Demons.
• Su Lu revealed that the islands contained a small Demon Beast empire and that the enemy numbers were far greater than the tens of thousands he had claimed.

General Takagi forced Mochizuki Chihiro, Tang Miao, Mu Bai, and the others to join Su Lu’s expedition into a vast volcanic region in search of a Totem Beast. After sacrificing Takagi’s Advanced Mages to draw away a vast flock of Blazing Hellbirds, the group fought through the remaining birds and hurried toward the central volcanic region.

• Takagi returned and pressured Mochizuki Chihiro, Tang Miao, and their companions to accompany Su Lu’s expedition.
• Su Lu led a force of roughly 150 people toward the volcanic region, where Tang Miao and the others discussed whether a Totem Beast lived there.
• The group discovered tens of thousands of Blazing Hellbirds covering the volcanoes, and Su Lu ordered Takagi to send several Mages to lure them away.
• A dozen or so Advanced Mages attacked the sleeping birds, then fled, but the Blazing Hellbirds caught and killed them.
• Su Lu’s group attacked the birds left behind, defeated the remaining thousands within minutes, and hurried toward the central volcanic region.

Su Lu’s group was overwhelmed by the endless Demon Beast horde as they pushed toward the Totem Beast. Tang Miao hid his companions from the horde, then sent them away so he could continue alone.

• Su Lu sent twenty of Takagi’s subordinates to hold back the first Demon Beast horde, then ordered another twenty mages to cover the group’s retreat.
• Tang Miao led Mochizuki Chihiro, Mu Bai, Shao Yu, and Cao Qinqin to a hill and concealed them with Dark Energy as the horde charged past.
• The Demon Beasts streamed past the hill for an hour while powerful magic erupted ahead.
• After the horde passed, Tang Miao told his companions to leave because he planned to search for the Totem Beast alone.
• Mochizuki Chihiro refused to leave, but Tang Miao insisted that she and the others would be safer without him.

Tang Miao followed Su Lu to the battlefield, where Su Lu’s Forbidden Curse was overwhelming an ancient Totem Beast. As Su Lu prepared to finish off the giant lizard, an immense Flood Dragon emerged and blocked his attack.

• Tang Miao left the others behind and hurried deeper into the demon stronghold, catching up with Takagi’s group and then heading toward Su Lu’s Forbidden Curse.
• Tang Miao watched from afar as Su Lu’s thunder magic devastated the area and left the ancient giant lizard, a Supreme Level Monarch Totem Beast, on the verge of death.
• Su Lu gathered Destruction Thunder to kill the weakened giant lizard and then planned to reach the volcano to seize the Totem Beast living there.
• A huge Flood Dragon burst from the collapsing ground and met Su Lu’s thunder with a blast of ice and flame.

Tang Miao escaped Su Lu’s battle with a Flood Dragon and discovered an even more powerful creature above the volcano. As he prepared to flee from the False Emperor-level Great Demon, a red light shot up from the crater.

• Su Lu and the Flood Dragon’s clash devastated the mountains, while Tang Miao used his Black Dragon magic tool to survive the shockwave.
• Su Lu unleashed his Dark Domain and attacked Tang Miao with a Lightning Halberd, but Tang Miao absorbed it through a Gate of Space and escaped toward the volcano.
• Tang Miao flew to the volcanic crater, where a massive claw forced him to use Instantaneous Movement.
• Tang Miao spotted an ancient Flood Dragon in the clouds whose aura marked it as at least a False Emperor-level Great Demon, and he decided to flee.
• A red light suddenly shot into the sky from inside the volcanic crater.

Tang Miao discovered that the fallen Totem Beast Qin Yuan’s Totem Source Power was drawing the attention of a colossal creature, while Kirin Jade began absorbing it. As a Flood Dragon attacked him, Tang Miao summoned Flame Ji and Snow Woman and prepared to strike with his Thunder God Hammer.

• Kirin told Tang Miao that Qin Yuan had fallen and that the red light was its Totem Source Power.
• Kirin Jade began drawing in the Source Power, and the colossal creature struck at Tang Miao with its enormous tail; he escaped with three instantaneous shifts.
• Su Lu saw the colossal creature, abandoned his fight with the smaller Flood Dragon, and fled.
• The Flood Dragon charged at Tang Miao while the colossal creature withdrew its tail and focused on the Source Power.
• Tang Miao summoned Flame Ji and Snow Woman to hold back the Flood Dragon, then formed a Star Palace and swung his Thunder God Hammer at its head.

Tang Miao fought the Supreme Monarch Flood Dragon over the Totem Source Power of Qin Yuan, striking it with the Hammer of Thor and then sending the Shadow Fiend Lord after it. As Flame Ji merged with him and his Domain of Fire took shape, Tang Miao prepared to confront the giant claw in the clouds.

• Tang Miao smashed the Flood Dragon into a mountainside, but the creature spoke and ordered him to leave.
• Tang Miao rejected the Flood Dragon’s offer and attacked again, then used his Black Dragon Magic Armor to withstand its pillar of fire.
• Tang Miao struck the Flood Dragon with another hammer blow, driving it into the ground and triggering eruptions across the Volcanic Islands.
• A giant claw descended from the sky, but Tang Miao evaded it with Instantaneous Movement and sent the Shadow Fiend Lord into the magma to attack the Flood Dragon.
• Flame Ji merged with Tang Miao while Snow Woman retreated into Contract Space, and Tang Miao formed his Domain of Fire.

Tang Miao survived the Flood Dragon Emperor’s devastating attack with help from Flame Ji and Snow Woman while Kirin Jade stole half of the Totem Source Power. The Emperor intercepted his escape and demanded the Soul Jade, as Tang Miao began to unleash a terrifying power.

• Tang Miao struck the Flood Dragon Emperor with a Lightning Halberd and used Hellfire Gate to weaken its World-Ending Flame.
• Flame Ji and Snow Woman joined Tang Miao, forming Ice and Fire Wings that shielded him from the remaining attack.
• Kirin Jade returned to Tang Miao’s spiritual world after obtaining what it wanted, and Tang Miao flew away from the magma.
• The Flood Dragon Emperor struck Tang Miao from afar, then appeared in front of him and demanded that he surrender the strange Soul Jade.
• Tang Miao stopped fleeing and began releasing Blood Ink Color magic energy that made the Flood Dragon Emperor tremble.

Tang Miao used Demonization to fight the Flood Dragon Emperor, then fused lightning and fire into a devastating attack that destroyed much of the Volcanic Islands. Badly weakened by the backlash, he flew to help Mochizuki Chihiro and the others, while Apas sensed his power fading in Moon Snow New City.

• Tang Miao awakened the Demon Blood, transformed, and wounded the Flood Dragon Emperor with a swift claw strike.
• Tang Miao caught the Flood Dragon Emperor’s tail, swung it through lava, and slashed it after it returned to its original size.
• Tang Miao fused lightning and fire, then unleashed purplish-red thunderbolts that devastated the volcanic region, though the Flood Dragon Emperor survived.
• Unable to pursue the Flood Dragon Emperor because of the backlash, Tang Miao flew toward the outskirts and spotted Mochizuki Chihiro and the others under attack.
• Apas sensed Tang Miao’s power weakening as she shed her skin in Moon Snow New City, and Yu Shishi asked what was wrong.

Apas told Yu Shishi that Tang Miao was likely safe but had used a powerful force and was in an unknown condition. On the Volcanic Islands, the others escaped the advancing Fire Wave, but Mu Bai was left with almost no signs of life after trying to hold it back.

• Apas explained Tang Miao's condition to Yu Shishi, who offered to inform Mu Ningxue and ask her to send someone to retrieve him.
• Mochizuki Chihiro carried the weakened Tang Miao as she led Mu Bai, Shao Yu, and Cao Qinqin through the Demon Beasts surrounding them.
• A huge Fire Wave erupted behind the group, frightening the Demon Beasts into fleeing, and the others ran toward safety.
• Mu Bai stayed behind to slow the Fire Wave with Ice Magic while Shao Yu, Mochizuki Chihiro, and Cao Qinqin escaped.
• The Fire Wave broke through Mu Bai's Ice Wall and sent him flying into a scorching mountain.
