Seeing it appear here as well made Chen Lin suspect that the God Pillar Realm had some connection to the Land of Divine Beings.
In fact, he had entertained that idea long ago. The two places had far too much in common.
The God Pillar Realm had Circumambulation Beasts, True Soul Flowers, and legends and beliefs concerning divine beings. Now an identical divine ability had appeared as well. It was hard not to be suspicious.
However, the rule force in the Land of Divine Beings manifested more directly, causing strange mutations in humans, whereas the God Pillar Realm was comparatively normal.
If the two places were connected, then the fallen divine being in the Land of Divine Beings was either the so-called Main God or one of the Four Great Guardians.
The contents of the Creation Tome surfaced in Chen Lin's mind again.
There was very little about the Main God. It merely stated that the deity's power was boundless, beyond description and conjecture. The name and abilities were entirely unknown.
The accounts of the Four Great Guardians were much more detailed.
Besides the Thousand-Faced Giant, there were the Bright Swordsman, the Witch Walker, and a Dragon Knight.
The Thousand-Faced Giant was imprisoned here and had yet to die, while the Bright Swordsman's style differed too greatly from that of the Land of Divine Beings. Nor were there any legends of dragons or knights there. If the fallen deity was one of the Four Great Guardians, the Witch Walker was the most likely candidate.
According to the Creation Tome, the Witch Walker could communicate with Nine Nether, turn every hair on his body into a living creature, and wield numerous wondrous spells. That fit the circumstances
