He glanced toward the node.
Then he added, "We simply didn't expect to encounter Fellow Daoist Chen here. Could this node be connected to the Heaven-Connecting Secret Realm?"
Chen Lin was slightly taken aback.
The man actually suspected this was the Heaven-Connecting Secret Realm.
But that made sense. This node was near the underwater Immortal Abode, and everyone knew the Heaven-Connecting Secret Realm was connected to that abode. Such suspicions were only natural.
After a moment's thought, Chen Lin said calmly, "Why not go inside and see for yourselves whether it's the Heaven-Connecting Secret Realm? Even if I said it wasn't, I doubt you'd believe me."
With that, his figure flashed as he moved to leave.
This node could collapse at any moment and no longer held much value for him. If he wanted to enter this scenario in the future, he could simply travel there directly from his fiefdom.
Yet the moment he moved, the blue-robed elder blocked his path. The other two middle-aged men positioned themselves on either side, cutting off his retreat.
