At the sound of Chen Lin's voice, Li Xiangru and Jin Qingyan both stopped.
"Have you discovered something new, Fellow Daoist Chen?"
Standing at the entrance to the finger, Li Xiangru asked in puzzlement.
"No. This has nothing to do with you, Captain Li. I would like to ask Fellow Daoist Jin a few questions."
Chen Lin waved a hand, indicating that Li Xiangru need not concern himself with him.
Li Xiangru frowned slightly.

Chen Lin smiled.

Although Chen Lin's answer did not fully reassure Li Xiangru, he could hardly say anything more. He turned and passed through the Formless Barrier.
His figure vanished at once.
Chen Lin turned to Jin Qingyan and said evenly, "Fellow Daoist Jin, I have only one question. Has Li Fuyao, Huyan Wushuang's daughter, already been resurrected?"
When she remained silent, he added, "Answer my question, and I can promise to spare your life."
"What arrogance!"
Jin Qingyan immediately felt insulted.
But after meeting Chen Lin's gaze for a while, she lowered her head. "She has. I was sent to retrieve the young lady's belongings."
"What belongings?"
Chen Lin's eyes flickered.
He had already given the Trichromatic Short Bow to Huyan Wushuang. None of the other things seemed particularly valuable.
"A bracelet."
Having said that much, Jin Yanqing stopped beating around the bush. There were only the two of them here, after all, so she did not have to worry about Huyan Wushuang finding out.
Besides, whether they could get out alive was still unknown.
