Long Xingzhou excelled at concealment and could even hide his Dragon Race aura and appearance. As long as a celestial god did not target him directly, he would most likely go unnoticed.
There was one more reason.
The leader of the resistance in the Sunset Sea belonged to the Dragon Race. Going there with Long Xingzhou might earn Chen Lin some preferential treatment.
"Brother Long, do you know who the strongest person in the Celestial God Palace is?"
Riding side by side on their demon horses, Chen Lin kept asking questions.
Long Xingzhou shook his head.
"The Celestial God Palace is hidden above the firmament. No one knows for certain how many celestial gods there are or which one is strongest, but the different patterns on their robes indicate their ranks."
"There are three types in total."
"The lowest rank is White Robe with Black Patterns. These celestial gods are equivalent to our ranks four through six. They only seem so powerful because their divine power makes their defenses difficult to penetrate."
"If you know their weak spot, they aren't nearly so terrifying."
Chen Lin nodded slightly.
An expert with a weakness was no true expert. He would have to study their weak spots carefully.
"The second type is White Robe with Red Patterns."
Long Xingzhou continued his explanation.
"Celestial gods of this rank are equivalent to ranks seven through nine. There aren't many of them. Judging by reports from various sources, there should be no more than a hundred."
Chen Lin's expression darkened at that.
A hundred was already plenty.
