The Star Gate!
At the sight of the seven-colored Light Gate, Chen Lin's expression grew grave.
He vaguely sensed an inexplicable attraction coming from the Light Gate, as though some power were urging him to enter.
The aura the Light Gate released also felt familiar. It belonged to the space his consciousness had entered before, but now the oppressive sensation was gone, replaced by a sense of affinity.

As he examined it, Chen Lin's expression changed.
Once the flower landed in his hand, the Runic Inscription beneath its root stalk actually elongated on its own, piercing his palm like roots. A strange sensation followed, as though his flesh had also become part of the flower.

The flower immediately resisted.

The flower's center and root stalk disintegrated into energy that merged into his body, while the seven strokes reverted to Runic Inscriptions and became part of his main inscription.
