Little White Bear shook the Hand Furnace, and an Exquisite Crystal flew into Chen Lin's hand.
But just as he was about to continue, all the tentacles shuddered at once, then swiftly withdrew.
In the blink of an eye, they vanished without a trace.
"After them!"
Little White Bear immediately called to Chen Lin.

Somewhat disappointed, Little White Bear urged Chen Lin to use an Exquisite Crystal.
Chen Lin held the crystal in his palm.
"I already had one of these, but it can only slowly increase my divine power. It can't quickly replenish what I've used."
As he spoke,
he took out the Rhombic Crystal the Phoenix Crown Woman had given him.
"Huh?"
Little White Bear flew over to Chen Lin.
After examining it closely, he said in surprise, "Isn't this the Eye of Exquisite? It's a top-grade Exquisite Crystal. According to legend, the Exquisite Country Emperor gave it to his favored consort, Lan Yuqing, as a token of love. How did it end up in your hands?"
Chen Lin was stunned.
He examined the crystal the Phoenix Crown Woman had given him. It really was somewhat different from the ones Little White Bear had condensed.
It was a size larger.
Its color was also brighter, and it was slightly translucent. Vaguely, something seemed to exist inside it.
But if it was a token of love, why would the Phoenix Crown Woman give it to him?
That made no sense at all.
