"Just as I expected."
After the two of them walked deep into the Underground Passage, Little White Bear spoke as he looked at a thick purple bamboo rhizome.
"But there don't seem to be any treasures here."
Chen Lin looked around.
Before them was a huge room filled with jade shelves, but every one was empty. There was not even a single piece of variegated crystal.
"Don't rush."
Little White Bear walked over to the rhizome and rubbed it for a while, then sent a streak of white light into the jade below. The jade shattered, leaving an irregular hole.
At the sight,
he sighed.
"Even this place wasn't spared. Apart from the purple light bamboo, which retained its transcendent properties under the Exquisite Treasure Tree's influence, everything else has become ordinary."
Chen Lin's expression looked grim as well.
This "Mortal-Transforming" method was far too formidable. Even if a treasure carrying a Secret Order was here, it might not have survived.
"Let's go."
"The Treasure Vault has four levels in total. Since we can break through so easily, there's no need to bother figuring out the Entrance. Let's go straight to the Fourth Layer. If there's a Secret Order, it should be there."

Little White Bear leaped down.
Chen Lin followed close behind.
They smashed their way down along the rhizome and soon reached the Fourth Layer.
"There really are treasures!"
Little White Bear cried out in delight as he landed.
Chen Lin felt a flicker of anticipation too.
This level was finally no longer deserted. White jade boxes sat on the shelves on both sides. Their material was unusual, and they had not disintegrated from the erosion.
There were not many, though.
Only a dozen or so in total. The remaining spaces were empty.
