He did not dare linger. Picking a direction at random, he kept fleeing. He had no idea whether the explosion had killed the skeletal old man; for all he knew, the man might come after him.
But he had lost all his Mana and could only run on foot. He had eaten nothing, and his body was terribly weak. Before long, he could run no farther.
