Morax and his allies fought Osial, and the Raiden Shogun’s devastating strike left him vulnerable to Morax’s sealing array. After Osial was sealed beneath the sea, the group noticed that the Shogun’s lightning still threatened marine life.

After Baalzeb’s slash left a strange trench in the sea, Zhongli and the others accepted that they could not undo its effects and named it the Musou Isshin Trench. They then discovered Furina alone in the Far North, and Zhongli explained that she was the humanity split from the second-generation Water God.
