If I'd wanted to be harsher, I could've bent my finger and jabbed it into the tendon. The person's wrist probably wouldn't have regained its strength for a minute or two.

These were instincts—an instinctive understanding of certain weaknesses in someone's body. A subconscious strike would produce the desired effect.

I also instinctively understood the weak points around the elbows, shoulders, back, abdomen, knees, and feet.
