It was a beast's.
And he more or less understood what the young lady meant. After all, for a sword master to suddenly be assigned here at a time like this meant the young lady was making her intentions clear.

At the squad leader's words, the other four instinctively looked over. Behind the truck that had joined the convoy that morning, every soldier had gathered around. Nearly everyone was shouting, "Come on! Come on! That's her seventeenth meal! Wow!!! Oh my God! I must be dreaming!"
"Holy crap! How is that possible? She's on her eighteenth!"
"Nineteenth!!"
"My God!"
The crowd gathered around made the convoy commander, Ross, a little displeased. Sure, the floodlights kept them safe at night, but they should at least be doing something. They couldn't all just stand around in a crowd like that, could they?
What were they watching, anyway?
The five men exchanged curious glances. Commander Ross stood up, his square face darkening, and strode over to the edge of the crowd.
Everyone around him was staring, dumbfounded, at what was happening inside. They didn't even notice what was going on behind them. Seeing his men standing there gaping, the commander couldn't help growing curious too, so he pushed through the crowd.
"What are you all looking at... Holy crap!!"
When the commander saw the girl eating her twenty-first boxed meal, he thought he understood.
He stared for a while
