I was just a mutant a little stronger than an ordinary person.
What's more, although the fight had been brief, I had already used almost every ability at my disposal.
Luckily, things hadn't gotten so bad that I had to use my superhuman
mode. Otherwise, I figured I would have passed out the moment I came out of it.
The street was still just as run-down, but a few zombies had appeared here and there. Against them, I barely
needed to think. Just 220V of voltage
and 10A of current were enough to leave them completely unable to fight back. The long-handled saber in my hands really was like a scythe through grass, sweeping past these
zombies whose bones had already been strengthened,
yet still slicing through their limbs with ease.
I had to admit, the long-handled saber really was a devastating weapon on the battlefield. And this was just me alone. If hundreds or
thousands of people formed a battle formation, even
against an equal number of zombies, they'd probably stand a chance.
Unfortunately, modern firearms were advanced, and zombies weren't the kind of people who would lose their fighting ability just because their arms were chopped off.
As long as these bastards still had their heads,
even with only half their bodies left, they could move far better than normal humans.
Unless you were like me and could channel electricity into a long-handled saber to paralyze zombies in an instant, getting into close combat with them
was extremely dangerous too.
Actually, that gave me an idea. If I could get enough equipment and make a batch of electrified long-handled sabers, would I be
able to face zombies without fear?
But now wasn't the time to think about that. The zombies on the other side of the wall were
