① On Shelving Issues
Enmmm, I honestly hadn't expected this book to be shelved this early...
Because the release date was so close to National Day, the book's initial indexing and even its first round of recommendations didn't perform very well. I'd originally planned to wait until 100,000 words to see how Smart Recommendation worked out, but my Smart Recommendation got swallowed outright...
(Yeah, swallowed. It had absolutely no effect at all, and it even cut my traffic in half... I was truly desperate at the time...)
To be honest with everyone, the core of fanfiction is Smart Distribution.
Without the huge boost from Smart Recommendation at 100,000 words, it'll be really hard to get recommended afterward... So, on my editor's advice, I'm shelving it directly while follow-up reading is still decent. It's really quite helpless... If I could, I'd also like to get through a couple more rounds of recommendations before shelving it, so I could minimize the chances of flopping. But reality just had to work against me... (I'm crying to death.)
Forget it. I've accepted reality. (Dies peacefully.)
② Subsequent Update Issues
For the first few days after shelving, there'll basically be explosive updates. After that, depending on the situation, there'll be Daily 6 Updates to Daily 8 Updates, or maybe I'll keep up Daily 10k Updates. I still really want to struggle a little, so please, readers who can keep reading, don't stockpile chapters for now!!! If you have votes, please cast some, and if you can follow along, please do! (Important.) (Kneels in thanks.)
If the results are really bad afterward, I might also run away. There have been so many unexpected problems with starting this book that my mentality nearly exploded. I've written a book before, so that's the only reason I've managed to
