There were three paths derived from the Source Quality known as the Country of Disorder: Lawyer, Arbiter, and Broker.
The first two had originated from the half of the Country of Disorder on Earth and were considered mainstream on Earth.
The last came from the half of the Country of Disorder held by the Uncertain Mist. Originally, Earthlings could only embark on this path through bestowals.
"The Lawyer Path is the shadow of order, the dark side of rules. It specializes in the shadows and loopholes of rules. Its ultimate Sequence Zero is the Black Emperor, who shapes twisted rules of his own to replace reality."
Adam analyzed the three paths.
"The Arbiter Path is rules and the positive side of rules. That is precisely why the armies of those nations possess enough strength to resist all manner of Demonic Beasts and ghosts. Its Sequence Zero is the Judge."
"And the Broker stands between the positive and negative sides of order. Like the Uncertain Mist's honorific name, it is the gray between black and white, the bridge between order and shadow."
Together, the three formed complete authority over order. This level of completeness even surpassed the concept of order at the center of the Sea of Worlds itself, encompassing the state after being affected by external contamination.
As the foundation of the Sea of Worlds, this result of order's compatibility with concepts both inside and outside the Sea of Worlds was exactly what Adam's "Kingdom" required.
