Almost instantly, the government forces surrounding the Black Moon Organization made their decision.
Everyone attacked at once, but the Moon Master's body suddenly swelled, transforming into a gigantic blood-red sphere that engulfed everyone attacking him.
Caught off guard, only a few powerful fighters managed to retreat. The rest were swallowed by the enormous blood-red sphere.
When the sphere contracted, it revealed a humanoid figure made of blood.
The entire creature was composed of dark red blood, with only a black crescent moon mark on its forehead.
That was the Black Moon Organization's leader, the Moon Master, in his transformed state!

The people who had retreated looked grim.
Calamity-level Anomalies were equivalent to Cloud-level Martial Artists!
