Foolish Birds
After tossing away that piece of Gray-skinned Porcupine meat, the three men retreated some distance, then carefully concealed themselves.
Not long after they threw the meat, a Blazing Fire Bird about the size of a chicken flew out from a large tree. It then flew straight toward the piece of meat on the ground and landed beside it.
What was this?
Could it be?
Seeing this, Qin Shaofeng's eyes widened. A flicker of disbelief crossed his face, and he had already begun to guess what was going on.
Sure enough, after the Blazing Fire Bird landed, one of the three men slowly began reeling in the thin cord.
Then, just as Qin Shaofeng had guessed, as the piece of Gray-skinned Porcupine meat was slowly drawn back, the Blazing Fire Bird followed along, hopping after it.
Once the Blazing Fire Bird had come close enough to the three men, they all sprang into action at once, unleashing their full power to attack it.
There was no question that under the simultaneous full-strength attacks of three World King experts, the Blazing Fire Bird was blasted to death before it could even cry out.
Judging by how skillfully they moved, this was clearly not their first time doing this. In particular, the smiles on their faces after killing the Blazing Fire Bird showed that they had done this before.
Qin Shaofeng stared, his face full of disbelief.
So this worked too?
But was this bird ever stupid!
After seeing the whole thing, he could only conclude that the Blazing Fire Bird really was too stupid!
It had clearly reached the Great Realm Lord level, yet it hadn't seen through such a simple trap. It had fallen for it with such ease.
