Xu Huo wasn't interested. He straightened his clothes and said, "The treatment can end now."

Tang Guangbo remained seated, smiling at him. "You'll come to see me again next time."

"Then we'll talk about it next time." Xu Huo opened a door in front of him and walked through without looking back.

Back in the Treatment Room, Xu Huo opened his eyes where he lay in the chair. He checked the time first. An hour and ten minutes had passed since the treatment began.

Tang Guangbo was still sitting beside him, writing a report he planned to submit to the Special Defense Department.

Xu Huo held out his hand. "Thank you, Professor Tang."

Tang Guangbo shook it. "Looking forward to our next collaboration."

Xu Huo smiled and said nothing more.

The observers outside couldn't make sense of the two men's expressions. A psychology professor hesitantly opened the Treatment Room door. "Is it over?"

To the outsiders, Tang Guangbo had barely tried to guide Xu Huo during the session, and Xu Huo had simply taken a nap. The two hadn't even had any basic therapeutic conversation. How could they now act as if the treatment was complete?
