After resting nearby for the night, Xu Huo and the others discovered the next morning that Hairs' retired senior executive was driving himself. District 019 had plenty of free flying vehicles, so many families didn't own cars, and people were used to getting around that way. Mr. Wei usually took the free flying vehicles too, so they hadn't expected him to drive himself today.
"Isn't this convenient?" Zhao Yiming said. "He's going straight from home to the Seventeen Faces' lecture hall, and he won't get out of the car along the way. We won't have a chance to make a move."
"Then we'll go to the lecture hall first." Jiao Hongyuan checked the location. "It's still a ways from here. I can make my move when Wei gets out of the car."
That was the best option, so the four of them hurried to the lecture hall. Mr. Wei hadn't arrived yet. Zhao Yiming and Meng Xiaoman would handle the first step, with Jiao Hongyuan backing them up in case anything went wrong. Xu Huo went into the lecture hall first.
