Xu Huo couldn't possibly hand the Potion over to the other man. Instead, he carefully squeezed out two drops himself. To his disappointment, spots appeared on the Wormhole Flower's petals, which meant the Perfect Potion wasn't real.

"What a shame." Natural Curl shrugged. After inspecting the petals, he added, "It's not a Perfect Potion, but the ingredients are still pretty good. I'm interested in this sort of thing. If you're willing, you can still sell it to me. I'll still pay double."

"It's not even a Perfect Potion. What do you want it for?" The square-faced man stared at him. "Are you trying to play the good Samaritan on the train now?"

Natural Curl laughed without a care. "I'm not just a Player. I'm also a businessman. I own more than a dozen Potion factories and several Laboratories. The better the quality, the higher the price, of course."

It all happened so quickly that it looked like a natural blink. Without the disturbance in space, that less-than-one-second interval would have been no different from any other.

Xu Huo glanced from the Syringe beneath his hand to Natural Curl, who was still smiling across from him. He put the Syringe away and smiled too. "I wouldn't have minded selling it to you, but I'm a bit of a class traitor. I can't stand seeing other people get rich."

Natural Curl's expression faltered for a moment. Then the other Players in the carriage laughed.
