Three more Ability items had been added, though they leaned more toward the entertaining side. One decent item was "Dedicated Professional." It could make someone immediately do something related to their occupation, unconditionally. Of course, "something related to their occupation" covered a broad range of possibilities, and its effect would only become clear when used. It counted as a probability-based item. To some extent, it could interrupt an opponent's attack; with a bit of luck, it could even delay their defense.
There was also a defensive item called "Goddess's Robe." The item itself was an extremely light, gauzy garment. When worn, it floated automatically, and the area it covered was its defensive range. Both its range and defensive strength were quite flexible. Its one minor flaw was that it was exceptionally ornate, with metallic threads woven into the gauze that made it dazzling.
Besides abilities and items, the rewards also included a mental interference device called "Please Do Not Think." It could cover an area over a kilometer wide and was particularly effective against mental-type Super Evolvers. However, while in use, it released a protective barrier around its holder to ensure they weren't affected. In that regard, it was more considerate than "The Weight of Life."
Then there were the item upgrades. They weren't flexible upgrades that let Players choose which item to improve; the upgrades were fixed, so there was no choosing the target.
