"Then I'll thank you in advance." Nie Xuan downed the wine in his glass, then asked, "What are your plans from here?"
Xu Huo raised an eyebrow. "In what regard?"
"You must have a place to stay in other Sub-districts. District 014 won't be peaceful for a long time. Have you considered moving your family to another Sub-district for a while?"
It was a common thought among Elite Players. These days, it was easy to relocate ordinary people, and doing everything possible to protect one's family was only natural. The government didn't interfere much.
"Not yet," Xu Huo said calmly.
Nie Xuan didn't object. As far as he was concerned, most Sub-districts weren't safe, and exceptional abilities didn't bring only good things.
"There's one more thing," he continued. "You previously asked the Special Defense Department to look for leads on the Seventeenth Hospital."
"Players in the Special Defense Department sometimes come across a little outdated information, but by the time they investigate it, the events in question have usually happened long ago."
"Recently, though, someone discovered a Player who had once opened a Seventeenth Hospital. More than ten years ago, the person set up a psychiatric hospital called the Seventeenth Hospital in a Sub-district beneath a B-class wormhole point. Too many people died there, and it was shut down ten years ago."
"The person who opened the hospital eventually ended up in another Sub-district, where he did some dirty work for the local government. I looked through the files. His methods were much the same as they were in District 014: he used his authority to persuade parents to subject their children to forced interventions. He might be connected to the person you're looking for."
Nie Xuan handed him a recorder. "It's all on here."
