This item was pretty effective, but its drawback was that it was really only a meter long. At most, it could trip one person. Still, it was much better than those other worthless little items.
The painted woman wasn't very interested in items she couldn't use. After searching around, she finally asked, "Are there no devices?"
"Maybe they're on the upper floors," Xu Huo said. There were plenty of items in the room, but even if they gathered them all up, they wouldn't fetch much if they sold them. The more valuable items were probably upstairs.
"Should we go out and look for them now?" the painted woman asked.
Xu Huo had no intention of lingering in the room either. Since they were new here, it would be best to find a way to figure out the rules. Besides, there were so many people that it was hard to say whether the diners were here at all. Still, for the strong, this was indeed a good place to stay for a long time.

The two left the room and came upon three players searching around in front of the room opposite. Seeing them emerge, and that there were no signs of a fight inside, one of the players couldn't even spare a thought for fear. He dashed over, grabbed the doorframe, then forced a smile at Xu Huo and the painted woman. "Could you let us have this room?"
Before Xu Huo could reply, the player hurriedly took out some items. "You can have all of these. We just need somewhere to stay."
Xu Huo glanced at the corridor, where the light had already begun to dim, and calmly gave up the room.
