Lan Shui Wu had descended into chaos after the massacre. The city's lockdown only made things worse. Citizens who had always believed their fate was in their own hands began scrambling to survive. Helmets and hoods were standard measures; plenty of people went so far as to put iron frames or metal boxes over their heads. Some organized groups began coordinating people to actively attack the hoods that suddenly appeared, or sorting people by physical strength. That made it easier to look after everyone and helped them keep control of the situation, so no one would be caught off guard if someone nearby suddenly got a hood put on.

Xu Huo compared the buildings on the map and thought for a moment. "Go to Xinxin Elderly Community."
"Xinxin Elderly Community has good facilities for the elderly, lots of buildings, densely packed homes, and plenty of service robots."
