Still Time didn't mean time had stopped. It meant that, relative to the current space, the new Time Power moved more slowly, making the areas it covered look as if they had been paused... As time flowed by at a crawl, Xu Huo and the entire Night Tour team seemed to have entered a space with a strange state. The surrounding Space Power flowed in an unusual way, like Spatial Storms slowed down—but unlike the instructional scenes shown in the Super Dungeon, this Space Power wasn't arranged into structures of some kind. It was more like a flowing substance. It wasn't moving slowly because of the Time Power; space itself simply moved that slowly.
The Night Tour team was trapped in this strange space, but his instincts told him it wasn't dangerous. Perhaps that was because the Space Power flowed so sluggishly, or perhaps because it caused no harm as it passed him. In any case, this space seemed independent of both the Restricted Zone and District 001—a singular place, yet unlike Chaos Space, which became chaotic and disordered because its Space Power was so concentrated...
To put it plainly, its state was much like that of the water Rubik's Cube: another kind of stability that made it impossible to sense how powerful it was.
