"Morning." He greeted the old butler and sat down across from Hua Han.
The table was laden with breakfast. He casually picked a couple of things to eat.
After breakfast, the two of them moved to Hua Han's study.
"Try out your Time Power." Hua Han pointed to several small objects on the desk. They were all elephant figurines, though made from different materials: various Mutated Plants and metals of different grades.
Xu Huo stepped back and drew on a small amount of Time Power, letting it fall upon the figurines. The flow of time varied from one to another, and the figurines showed slight differences in their states. But they seemed to have been specially made. Once caught in the Time Power, they didn't simply become still or change rapidly; faint ripples appeared across them.
"Now test its range and precision." After watching, Hua Han nodded. "You can try it inside and outside the manor."

In other words, within a thousand meters of himself, he could summon Time Power to cover an area of about ten meters wherever he wanted.
