As Xu Huo learned how to control Time Power from Hua Han and was protected by him, his ties to District 011 grew deeper. Even though he still wasn't particularly willing to get too involved with District 011, by the time Hua Han died, their relationship would be firmly established.
Whether for personal gain, out of personal ties, or to repay a debt of gratitude, he and District 011 were heading toward the same future.
As for the narrow-minded people in the Sub-district, they were a minor matter.
Hua Han didn't even need to ask. They sent the people over on their own and handled everything swiftly and cleanly, making sure Xu Huo wouldn't have the slightest trouble.
