Mitchell tore off his Protective Suit. In the brief time it took, the poison had already spread to his chest. He immediately pulled out a Potion he carried and jabbed it into his chest, but it only delayed the poison for a moment. Then the purplish-black veins surged back, quickly covering his entire upper body!
"What kind of poison is this?!" Mitchell cried in shock, still injecting himself with Antidote.
Xu Huo didn't stop him. He merely watched. "I got it from a Sub-district where mushrooms grow."
Mitchell's expression shifted several times. When he realized there was no hope, he let out a soft laugh. "I always knew I'd die from poison one day, but I didn't think it would happen so soon."
Xu Huo raised an eyebrow slightly. "You carry so many poisonous creatures around with you. I thought you'd evolved a resistance to poison."
Mitchell seemed not to catch the sarcasm. "What a pity about all those venomous insects I raised..."
