Chaos Space had temporarily disappeared, but its return this time had steadied Two Heads and the others somewhat. At least, Chaos Space wasn't as dangerous as they had imagined. They could survive as long as they held out until it disappeared.

"Are you hungry?" Two Heads patted his stomach. "Let's find something to eat first. My brain's stopped working."

But when they looked around, where could they find anything to eat?

The temperature gradually rose, and the group resumed their trek across the wasteland. Fortunately, they didn't have to walk long before they found a metal box that had been blown there by the explosion. Love Orange had brought it to store Potions, and it still contained a little dried meat.

At least they had something to eat. The group also shared out a little water before finally taking a proper break.

"The compass basically stopped working in Chaos Space. It's back to normal now, at least," Na Wei said. "We should keep heading in the direction marked on the map."

"We don't have any better options," Old Duan said. "Would be nice if we ran into a Player team that wasn't too strong."

As the temperature rose, they would soon run short of water. Without finding supplies, they wouldn't last more than a few days.

Noon came quickly. Even with their jackets held over their heads, the sun left their lips cracked and dry. They had only a little water left, and could spare none to drink, so they had to press on.

"Why hasn't the arena match started yet?" Two Heads stared blankly at the endless wasteland before them and muttered, "Why haven't any living people showed up? If they don't come soon, I'll want to drink my own piss... No, I don't have any piss... I'll drink
