What no one had expected was that, after so long, the descendants of the Feng Clan would still be treated this way.
The Dream Factory Dungeon showed that those deeply harmed by this had long since ceased to be limited to the Feng Clan. More people had merely been given the surname Feng. In fact, whether their names were changed or not no longer mattered. As long as District 009's "Breeding Garden" remained, people would keep being sent into it.
