The Jing City Command Center, the Haishi Command Center established in the suburbs of Hai City, and five temporary command centers within Hai City remained connected.
"The bodies of the police officers and civilians who died outside the skyscraper have all been removed. Special Affairs Bureau personnel and special forces have withdrawn and are now clearing the surrounding area."
"Our helicopters can't get close enough to observe the skyscraper, so we can't determine how many Players are hiding inside."
"We estimate there are at least two thousand hostages inside, but the other side hasn't killed anyone else since our people withdrew from the skyscraper. Their intentions are unclear."
"Special Affairs Bureau personnel are now attempting to communicate with the Players inside."
The staff at the Haishi Command Center gave a brief report:
"Also, as of now, we still have no effective way to stop the explosions. The only Survivor died in the second round of the Life-or-Death Game."
