The Mutants Swarm Out
Jiang Yihua didn't hesitate for long before giving Da Zhi some food. Zhang Biao watched him for a few seconds, then urged more people to go outside and look for food or anything else that might come in handy.
"There's only one day left. We'd better not go out," Gu Yu said. "We have enough food, so why invite trouble?"
"Isn't the government collecting things people bring out of the game right now?" Zhang Biao said. "We can trade all this for Potions. Potions are incredibly scarce."
Jiang Yihua glanced at the rich little girl and the injured woman nearby. They had heard Zhang Biao too, but neither even looked up.
"You won't get any good Potions in exchange for everyday items," she said. "You might as well carry a few more pots of flowers outside."
Zhang Biao waved her off brusquely. "Even if you take them out, they might not survive. Brother Qiao tried it before."
"Who's Brother Qiao?" Jiang Yihua asked without thinking.
"He's the leader of our Free Players' organization," Zhang Biao said. "He's a D-class player."
"You're kidding," Jiang Yihua said in surprise. "From what I've heard, even the government only has a few D-class players, and they all died in Hai City. Could he be a fake?"
"What's this about real or fake? You just open your mouth and make accusations without any proof?" Zhang Biao said indignantly. "How could you possibly understand a strong player's level?"
Xu Huo looked at Gu Yu, who said, "I told you last time. He's very strong."
"The government's D-class players are all out of the picture. You might as well join us," Zhang Biao said. "The benefits aren't as good as what the government offers, but we won't force you to risk your lives."
