Chapter 222: Hundred People Art Museum

The Ting City Institute sent people to take away the three Cannibal Players who had been watching the neighborhood. Once no one was keeping an eye on them, Xu Huo and the other two started going out again.

There were less than half a month before the next instance, so Xu Huo wanted to prepare a few things in advance.

The instances he had encountered so far had almost all forbidden players from bringing in weapons they'd bought themselves, but everyday items were usually allowed.

He had nearly used up the disposable gloves he'd bought earlier, so Xu Huo went out and bought some more. He also bought a few other supplies to try putting in the Stingy Suitcase.

Besides Potions, he'd previously stored an Evolver's blood, headphones, and other things in the suitcase, and they had all made it into the instance intact.

But when he opened it again, the suitcase spat out the new supplies along with them. Aside from the few Syringes already inside, it wouldn't hold anything else.

"This item sure is temperamental." Yuan Yao said as he ate watermelon. "Brother Xu, can it hold other items?"

Xu Huo gestured with his chin toward the Adult Fairy Tale Book nearby. "No."

"This book's an item?" Yuan Yao's eyes lit up. He eagerly rubbed his hands together and picked it up. "I thought it was a dirty book..."

Before he could finish, the open book began to bleed. He let out a yelp and threw it away, then curled up in the corner of the sofa, staring at the book as it began telling a story in a sinister voice. Suddenly, he clapped his hands over his ears and shouted, "Brother Xu, help!"

Xu Huo went over and closed the book.
