Decibel Town
[Player Passerby A has entered "Decibel Town" and will participate by default in this E-Rank Random Instance.] [Background: "If 20 decibels can immerse you in the tenderness of lovers whispering, then 40 decibels brings the harshness of strangers, while 60 decibels brings painful torment. To make their town an even better place, they built a Mechanical Wall around it, leaving only two gates, one to the east and one to the west. They also paid a high price to hire several unusual security guards to maintain order in town and punish anyone who made noise exceeding 60 or 80 decibels. They agreed that the three guards would never appear together in any public place, lest they disrupt the townspeople's way of life.] [After Nice, the town's mayor, passed away, the guests who came to pay their respects violated the rules of Decibel Town and were viciously avenged by the guards and townspeople. In the end, the government had no choice but to order all the residents to move away and close the town.] [To this day, Decibel Town remains an isolated island, cut off from the world...] [Instance mission: Leave Decibel Town.] [Instance duration: Unlimited.]
