The big monster's eyes widened unconsciously.

For a moment, it forgot that it was supposed to be afraid.

Noticing the big monster's gaze, the Frog God lowered its eyes to look at it.

The big monster quickly looked away.

Its large eyes on either side of its body squeezed shut.

It was very much like burying its head in the sand.
