He chose to initiate the offense himself.
A between-the-legs dribble, then a crossover to get moving.
After two steps, he quickly pulled the ball back between his legs, followed with a behind-the-back dribble, switched hands, and kept driving to the right.
When Alexander caught up with him again, Curry immediately hit a quick step-back, pulling away before using a Bait Buddha to get his defender off balance. Then he accelerated into the paint and, before the help defense arrived, finished with a soft floater.
If Westbrook's drives were synonymous with power, then Curry's were known for something else: finesse.
His movements weren't big, and he wasn't especially fast, but his slightly quicker rhythm made for a beautiful display~~
And thanks to the terrifying threat of his outside shot, his Hesitation Bait Buddha was almost as dangerous as Chen Xi's, forcing defenders to remain wary.
He caught the falling ball, took another step forward, and reached the baseline. After inbounding it again, he signaled for Alexander to slow things down.
Chen Xi walked up the court at an easy pace. After waiting a moment for Gafford to set an off-ball screen, he accelerated and began moving without the ball.
At the top of the key, Alexander controlled the tempo with his dribble, patiently waiting for one of his teammates to get open.
Unfortunately, the Warriors' rotations were excellent
