Walking down the steps to the gray stone statue, Hancock raised her hand, palm facing upward, placed it by her lips, and gently blew toward Reiner.
"Release."
As a fragrant breeze swept past, the petrified surface slowly faded away, and Reiner's skin returned to normal.
He had retained no memories from the time he was petrified. All he saw was the scene shift, and Hancock's face suddenly appeared right in front of him.
"Ah, I was petrified just now, wasn't I?" Reiner came back to his senses.
"What do you think, idiot!"
Thud! Nami smacked the back of his head, folded her arms beneath her chest, and turned her face away. "Look at Zoro, then look at you. Hmph."
Though Nami had expected it, she was still annoyed.
"Give me a break. If I turned out like him, you'd be the one losing out." Reiner rolled his eyes at her, then could not help glancing aside again.
Women only slowed down the speed of drawing one's sword. That saying was surprisingly fitting for Zoro.
With no women in his heart, his blade naturally became divine. Tree Bro had not lied to me after all.
That said, Reiner could understand why Zoro had not been charmed. When it came to women, he was just as dense as Luffy.
No one could imagine Zoro getting lustful.
Reiner himself was a normal man, while Sanji had three extra lustful nerves to make up for Luffy and Zoro's shares.
Scientifically speaking, this was called the law of conservation of lechery. Perfectly reasonable.
After undoing Reiner's petrification, Hancock turned around and headed back up the steps.
Roronoa's performance had truly shocked her. This was the first time Perfume Femur had completely failed on a man—or rather, the first time it had completely failed on anyone.
