As an intelligent robot from the Enlighteners' era, with a great deal of initiative, Gold Whistle had actually already fused with Yu Lian's telekinetic eyes. This allowed it to move about more freely, with greater subtlety and flexibility.
Normally, in the "safe zone," Yu Lian let it roam freely. It could provide a degree of security monitoring while also gathering all sorts of little details about this era. As for whether that information went straight to Little Gray, who was roaming the universe, Yu Lian didn't really care.
Of course, Gold Whistle was still a tool robot from the Gray Mist Ruins, excellent at assisting with research and cracking terminals. It could also occasionally fill in as combat support, but it wasn't a specialist in wide-area reconnaissance or perimeter security. Even so, it had issued a warning. Perhaps that meant these uninvited guests weren't particularly skilled and hadn't taken special care to conceal their weapons.
Even so, more than forty thousand people had gathered here. All it would take was someone quietly slipping in among them, and they'd have the perfect natural cover.

The nine-person team seemed to be made up of honest, down-to-earth people, but they were led by an active-duty Ranger and a superhuman inspector. The rest were all proper Security Bureau employees, too. Their overall combat strength shouldn't be an issue. They should be able to take down the armed suspects without alarming the crowd.
