He gazed toward the distant horizon, where giant swords stood embedded in the earth, his eyes as sharp as blades. "This place may be a prison, but it also reflects the core of his power."
"Exactly. If we break this place, we can strike at his very roots! Master, now that I'm here, I'll help you turn this old emperor's stomach upside down!"
"Good!" His master slapped the table in encouragement. "We won't just turn it upside down—we'll fight our way out with a thunderclap that splits the clear sky!"
Yu Lian laughed. Spiritual energy surged around him, answering the sky-piercing sword intent of his master, Lan Jiufeng.
"Just what I had in mind! Master, just give the word, and I'll sweep away every last pest that threatens you!"
