Background:
On March 18, 894 CE, just as the Primary Color Commune State was preparing to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of its founding, one of its founding fathers, Yaxiu Stein, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at a country estate on an obscure, remote planet in the Alliance's Republic of Yashan, forty-five thousand light-years from the Femo Nebula.
By then, nearly forty years had passed since he had resigned from every public office and left, alone, the country he had built with his own hands.
That had been in 855 CE, when the Primary Color Commune State was officially admitted as an observer state by the Galactic Civilization Council in recognition of its enormous contribution to the War of the Machine Intelligence. He left the country where he had lived and fought, and embarked on his own war.
His whereabouts became a mystery.
It was not until 870, when the Alliance government and the Primary Color Commune State upgraded their diplomatic ties to ambassadorial level and lifted the warrant for Yaxiu Stein's arrest, that he returned to the Alliance. He bought an estate in Yashan, cultivated a farm, raised cattle and grew flowers, rode horses and went fishing, and even opened a shooting range and a martial arts school.
Under the supervision of the Extraordinary Affairs Administration, Yaxiu Stein began his life in seclusion. It seemed he had truly put aside the tumultuous past and begun living as an ordinary man.
In 880, a book titled Speedboat Diary was published in the Republic of
