Mr. Liu Ye nodded. "To break through to the Star Envoy level, one must form a star energy vortex. The vortex depends on the amount of star energy within each person. The more star energy they have, the more star energy the vortex draws. There's no hiding it. A Da doesn't have that much star energy, so with a little preparation, he should have a twenty percent chance of making it through."
