The people around him, all disciples of the Smoke Swallowing Mountain Range, were pale. Flames burned overhead, and seawater churned beneath them. Neither posed a mortal threat, but they feared the force would spread and crush them all.
Old Ghost Gu gritted his teeth. The force above him remained utterly still; it was beyond his ability to resist.
They were both in the Cosmic Sea, so Kui Luo arrived in an instant.
"That's the power of the Seven Gods Heaven. We need to leave, now." Kui Luo took one look and started to flee.
Lu Yin sighed. "Look carefully. It's only the shockwave."
Kui Luo bared his teeth. "Even a shockwave is dangerous. It'll give us away."
Lu Yin pressed his lips together. "Then stay put." With that, he strode forward and appeared above the Smoke Swallowing Mountain Range.
Old Ghost Gu saw Lu Yin first and cried out in delight, "Alliance Leader Lu, over here!"
Gu Xiaoer spotted him and shouted, "Brother Lu! Brother Lu, help us! Hurry!"
Lu Yin looked down at the force. His pupils transformed into runes. Though it was only a shockwave, its power was still close to 1.1 million. He couldn't deal with it on his own, but he had his candle.
That thing was incredibly useful. Once lit, it could produce Rune Dao Numbers on par with Second Night King's strength. Not bad at all.
As he thought this, he took out the candle and lit it, directing the vast Rune Dao Numbers toward the force pressing down on the Smoke Swallowing Mountain Range.
The universe boomed as the Cosmic Sea erupted.
The Smoke Swallowing Mountain Range was driven straight beneath the sea. Lu Yin was flung backward by the force of the collision and only barely managed to steady himself.
