Lu Yin sighed. "I just want to take Zi Jing with me. I don't want to get involved in Over Space-Time, Cultivation Techniques, or He Ran. I want to take Zi Jing back to Illusory God Space-Time. Elder brother Xu Heng is there, as is Big Sister Xu Leng, along with Xu Wuji and Senior Xu Wuwei. I just want to help Illusory God Space-Time root out the Dark Sons. I don't want anything to do with the rest."
"But you can't take Zi Jing away," You Fang said.
Lu Yin furrowed his brow and stared at the ground, lost in thought.
You Fang and You Lele exchanged a glance, then walked over to Lu Yin. "If you want to take Zi Jing away, I can help you."
Lu Yin looked at You Fang. "I don't trust He Ran. And now, I don't trust you either."
"It won't cost you anything," You Fang said.
"Just because I can't see the cost doesn't mean there isn't one," Lu Yin replied coolly.
"Without my help, you'll never be able to take Zi Jing away."
Lu Yin smiled. "You said yourself that Zi Jing now serves the ruler of Over Space-Time, not He Ran. I'm worried about her, but once the Cultivation Technique research succeeds, Zi Jing will be the next You Family. Why would I force my way in? If I have to, I can wait. Someday, the time will come."
You Lele rolled her eyes. He was finally thinking clearly. This guy was quick on the uptake.
Even You Fang was taken aback. If Lu Yin was truly willing to wait, he had no way to persuade him.
