Lu Yin naturally wanted to take a look.
The meteorite hurtled toward Lu Yin.
Lu Yin stood still and slowly raised a hand, aiming it at the meteorite.
Just then, the meteorite abruptly changed course and veered to the left.
The corner of Lu Yin's mouth curled upward. Sure enough, something was wrong. This wasn't a meteorite. He opened his Heavenly Eye and looked. What he saw was—
A wondrous world, much like the Three Thousand Great Worlds. Inside the meteorite were three continents, where people cultivated and lived. Everything ordinary people did in the universe was happening within that meteorite.
What Lu Yin found so wondrous was that these people weren't human at all. They were all consciousnesses, and this world wasn't a Great World, either. It was an illusion. More precisely, the world inside the meteorite was more like a game.
Lu Yin took a step forward and once again blocked the meteorite's path.
The meteorite changed course again, but Lu Yin continued to get in its way. After several attempts, it stopped. A low voice came from within. "Sir, please don't make things difficult for us. We're just losers who have lost our bodies."
Lu Yin was curious. "Come out and talk."
Outside the meteorite, a figure slowly took shape. It was an old man, who looked at Lu Yin with a grave expression, his eyes filled with wariness and unease.
The old man was an Ancestor-level powerhouse. What appeared wasn't his body, but his consciousness, much like Ancestor Hui's thoughts taking physical form. Lu Yin found it quite astonishing.
The old man bowed to Lu Yin. "Please spare us, sir. We're just a group of failures. We couldn't even protect our bodies, and we're of no use to you. Please let us drift through the stars
