Meng Sang vomited blood again. He turned to look at Lu Yin, his eyes filled with disbelief.

Inside the lantern, Meng Sang let out a low roar. An indescribable aura transformed into a gale that swept past. Lu Yin's arm came down, and the lantern split in two. Inside, Meng Sang threw his head back and vomited blood. His body suddenly cracked apart and vanished.
Lu Yin was no stranger to this scene. When he had crossed the River of Time to find Meng Sang at the Tenth Academy before, Meng Sang had escaped in the same manner.
