Lu Yin smiled. "Either way, thank you, Sister Mila."

Mila's eyes lit up. She raised a hand and hooked a finger under Lu Yin's chin. "If you really want to thank me, answer one question for me."

"You're prettier," Lu Yin said seriously.

Mila was speechless. "I haven't even asked yet."

"No matter who you compare yourself with, you're the prettiest, Sister Mila," Lu Yin said with certainty.

Mila chuckled. "All right, I'll accept your compliment—and pass it along to Wendy Yu Shan."

Lu Yin froze, then left speechless. That woman had to be crazy. She seemed to love stirring up trouble.

After leaving the tower, Lu Yin released his domain and let his mind stretch out. Saint Dios wasn't very large. He swept his gaze across it, then focused on the edge. Looking down from the edge of Saint Dios ought to be a nice view.
