In the Heavenly Origin Universe, the Progenitor had bitten down on a Sequence String. Here, the Sequence Strings should originally have been suppressed by miasma, but Great Master Lan Ye had absorbed the miasma, causing the Sequence Strings to scatter and the universe to approach its reboot.

Gu Duan Ke descended and appeared beneath the Night Pillar. He raised his sword and struck one end of it sideways with the blade. An invisible force slammed into the pillar, sending it flying beyond the starry sky.
