Mu Zhu took a deep breath and let it out. Then she handed the stone to Lu Yin, her expression solemn. "Silver."
A glint flashed in Lu Yin's eyes.
Mu Zhu said, "I'll never forget the silver that blanketed the world. They called it the Hui Silver Heaven Army."
"Every cultivator in our universe who could fight, past and present, joined the battle. Some powerful beings even crossed back through time. "We won." Mu Zhu looked at Lu Yin and smiled bitterly. "But in the end, we still lost—to a single Eternal Life."
Lu Yin already knew that much. Mr. Mu had told him they had defeated their powerful enemy. In the Heavenly Origin Universe, they had named the being behind the Four Directional Guardians Heaven. Mr. Mu's universe had also called its ultimate foe Heaven. But that Heaven had crushed Mr. Mu's universe.
Because Heaven was in the Eternal Life Realm.
Mu Zhu's voice was dry, weighed down by the years. "We paid a terrible price—even sacrificing several eras of our future—to defeat the Hui Silver Heaven Army and wipe it out completely. But once an Eternal Life appeared, even though Master gave it everything he had, he still lost."
"What was that Eternal Life called?" Lu Yin asked.

"What did it look like?" Shocking Gate Supreme Lord asked.
Mu Zhu seemed unsure how to explain. "It had no fixed shape. It could be human, a beast, any creature we knew—or just a pool of liquid. But the only thing
